Terms & conditions
The rules that come with playing on BangaGames.
1. Agreeing to these terms
By using BangaGames you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
2. Your account
You need a valid email address to create an account, and you must give accurate details. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your password to yourself. You must be at least 13 years old.
3. Free plays and membership
Every game can be played 4 times at no cost. After that, membership costs GH₵10 a month or GH₵95 a year and unlocks unlimited play on all titles for as long as it is active.
4. Payments
Payments are handled by Paystack and support card, mobile money, bank transfer and USSD. Card payments renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel. Mobile money, bank and USSD payments do not renew automatically — you pay again when you want to continue.
5. Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Because membership unlocks digital content immediately, payments are generally non-refundable, but if something goes wrong on our side write to support@bangagames.com and we will make it right.
6. Fair play
Do not cheat, use bots or scripts, interfere with other players, or try to break, copy or resell the games. We may suspend or close accounts that do.
7. Rooms and player conduct
Multiplayer rooms are shared spaces. Harassment, hate speech, threats and illegal content are not allowed, and we may remove content or players without notice.
8. Our content
The games, artwork, names and code on BangaGames belong to us or our licensors. You may play them; you may not copy, distribute or modify them.
9. Availability
We work hard to keep the site up but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Games may be added, changed or removed over time.
10. Liability
BangaGames is provided as-is for entertainment. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous twelve months.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. Questions go to support@bangagames.com. These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
